Horrible customer service. Stopped in because my vehicle was making a horrible noise and smelt like something was burning. I just wanted him ( Bret ) to look it over give me a idea I'd what was wrong and tell me if it was safe to drive because I had my kids in the car. Went to Brett's auto yesterday. I was delivering an engine that a friend of mine had bought from me. Brett had quoted him a price on the engine swap. I called ahead to let them know I was coming. When I got there I waited awhile. Finally Bret just walks right past me, NEVER acknowledges me. Walks out to my truck and just starts B#itching and complaining. I called to talk with someone about getting a possible estimate on some brake work and the person I talked to was the rudest person I have EVER talked to in my life. Infact he even hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend him to ANY of my friends. All I wanted was an close possible estimate on a master brake cylinder, which is about a $8 to $10 part, and I needed an estimate on labor.
