Extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Zapf. I did not feel rushed at all, she was very thorough and seemed very attentive to my needs as a patient. She explained step by step, ensuring I understood what was going on. She referred me to foot and ankle to ensure I don't need further treatment as the injury has a tendency not to heal properly. Dr. Smith and his staff are extremely friendly, caring, and professional. There was no wait time. Caesar greeted me and took me right in for X-rays. When finished, Dr. Smith and Sarah were ready to examine me and explain the X-rays and treatment plan. The entire visit was great! I felt like they genuinely cared about me.
The BEST surgeon I’ve ever encountered. Down to earth, LISTENS to his patients and provides the TRUTH. My by name request to replace my other hip. First one 7 years later doing great.Man of Faith, and his staff is FIRST CLASS!

I knew I was in good hands the first time I met Dr Smith and the staff! He explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I and with his great sense of humor he made us both feel comfortable. As I met with the pre-operation staff I grew more and more confident with the whole Andrews Institute staff! The surgery went great as planned! It’s the next morning and after following all the doctors and nurses instructions I am feeling fantastic. I highly recommend Andrews Institute and especially Dr. Smith!
