I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. She did not listen to my concerns or make any effort to understand my specific needs. Instead, I was given a one-size-fits-all recommendation with no room for discussion or alternatives.What made matters worse was that after she manipulated my joint, my pain significantly increased. I like the fact that he doesnt rush you and is truly concerned to listen to your needs. I used him 12 years ago and am still just as happy with him as I was back then.
Dr. Smith, Dr. Barrett, Rocky, Omar, the two Rachels, the nurse who prepped me in pre-op - were all awesome. There was one nurse in post-op who treated my wife rudely - I don’t know her name - but she was working with the two Rachels (who were awesome!). She has nothing to do with Dr. Smith or my review of him and his team - they are fantastic. But, I wanted to mention the one nurse so that whoever reads this review will know.
It was a great visit staff was awesome
I now feel so calm about my knee replacement. I was so impressed with Dr. Smith, I feel like he is family after just one visit.
He is a Down to earth person, Very easy to talk to
Hip replacement surgery was new territory for me. Dr. Smith & his team Sarah & Brittney explained everything I needed to know & do to be prepared for surgery. They have an incredible focus on quality outcomes that was a huge assurance to me & my husband. Im two days post op & feel in control of my recovery.
I have been going to Dr Brett for years for knee injections. I have knee replacement scheduled in the fall with the only Dr who I would ever use… Dr Brett Smith. He has NEVER hurt me throughout the years I have been his patient! Plus, he will sometimes tell you a joke! That’s a plus!
All of the staff and Dr. Smith are very positive and uplifting. They put together a great plan for me.
