Life happens, things happen and no matter the issue, Brett and his staff have carried us through every single one of those times with such grace, knowledge, and comfort that it has left us truly humbled. These guys care. It’s that simple. And believe me when I tell you, Denise knows us VERY well. We’ve gotten to know each other’s families. Was looking for a new insurance company after moving from Kentucky to Tennessee. So did one of those insurance app for finding insurance and Brett Smalley's office was on the ball contacted me did a quote for me two types of coverage and when I made some coverage changes (deductibles) they had the numbers and while not the lowest their personal contact was efficient, professional, and impressive.
