This was a long distance sale of several lots. My inlaws died and we had to sell the land. Brett would email or call me often to update me on the progress of the property. I did drop the price to get rid of the lots. Brett was efficient in getting 4 different buyers to sell our land. Even though we live in Md he made things very easy for us. Everything turned out good and we are relieved to have the land sold. Would highly recommend him.

Our family worked with Mr. Smagala to buy a house in 2011 and to sell that same house in 2016. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and showed us houses for several days before we chose our new home. He explained details and answered all of our questions. He has been encouraging, cheerful and calming when we were stressed; Neither of our moves were local and Mr. Smagala responded quickly to our calls, text messages or emails.
