We have used Brett to buy and sell our home in the upstate and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Brett was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was very responsive. When I initially interviewed 3 realtors, Brett was the only one who called me back after I left messages that we were going to try to sell on our own. What started out as a typical real estate home sell, turned out to be not so typical. All said and done however, I am thankful that Brett Smagala was on our team. Wish we had used Brett for the first time we listed... but are so thankful he found us for the 2nd try. We had a contract in LESS THAN one week and with full asking price with Brett's listing! We enjoyed working with Brett. He was very patient with us being "New to the Area" and not knowing exactly what we were looking for in a home. Brett took the time to listen to our wants and needs. He answered questions to the best of his ability, and if he did not know, he found out and reported back quickly. We did not feel pushed into any decisions, but felt well guided Brett's expertise. I would love to work with Brett again!

Brett was a wonderful help in selling my home. He had excellent and accurate market knowledge that allowed him to work the real estate negotiations and to ask for and get $20K more than I thought we could even hope for. He also brought a degree of professionalism to the transaction, and all at a commission rate no higher than other, less professional realtors. I would highly recommend Brett and would not hesitate to ask for his services next time I need them.
