Julia was outstanding throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly to keep our sale on track, even when several unexpected issues came up - including a low appraisal from the bank and delays caused by the HOA not doing their job. Despite the challenges, Julia stayed proactive, communicative, and solution focused (always upbeat and positive). UPDATE we just found out the DOOR does NOT lock. We have used Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals for over 10 years for our family vacations, which is why this is especially disappointing to write. Last year we experienced issues during our stay, and while the company did offer us a discount to return this year, we arrived today only to immediately run into more problems. The ice maker in our condo is broken, the dryer makes an extremely loud humming noise when turned on and not drying, and most concerning of all — we found dirt... read more

Julia Imbach is amazing! Her warm personality and exceptional professionalism made home buying a truly great experience.
