I would not recommend this establishment. After an unpleasant, painful attempt to have my ears cleaned by their tech, I was told to go home, soak w/hydrogen peroxide. Unstatisfied, I went to another ENT (surgeon) who immediately diagnosed cholesteatoma, which he said had been there a long time. I now have surgery scheduled to have this removed. If this had continued untreated, it would have had serious consequences.
I absolutely love Dr. Levine, and I trust him very much. So as far as my medical treatment I am very happy. I however have had so many problems with the staff and hearing center. It’s like one hand does not know what the other hand is doing, lots of miscommunication’s and it feels like they cannot be bothered. I brought this to the doctors attention and he told me not to deal with the office workers, if they did not cooperate, and take it to the office manager. Maybe Dr. Levine is great for surgeries but his bedside manner leaves something to be desired. He seemed mildly condescending & slightly impatient during a routine office visit.
My experience has not been great in terms of the whole experience of you explaining the issue to nurse first then Dr. Levine comes and reads it. Dr. Levine is not so friendly as others are saying. Makes the whole experience not helpful and reliable. This is because the doctor is only focused on what I said in the nurse’s notes. He’s listening to my other follow up questions but the thing is he doesn’t give proper answers to them and would not even ask basic probing questions so that my issue can be diagnosed properly.
