All three of my children have had braces and I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Garrett and his staff. That includes phone and insurance help. He makes sure his staff is trained and able to work with patients effectively.
Dr. Garrett always had a great attitude and seem to have time for any concerns I had during this process. The staff is well was always polite and courteous and helpful.
Dr. Garrett and his staff demonstrate the utmost expertise and professionalism. Both of my children have received orthodontic treatment through Garrett Orthodontics. At each appointment, I've been updated regarding treatment and progress. He and his staff are consistently cordial and respectful.

This was my first visit, to discuss whether I am a good candidate for Invisalign. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Dr. Garrett was knowledgeable, thorough, and interested in my questions and concerns, and he obviously has a strong background in the Invisalign process. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, thoughtful and professional, and the system for seeing patients runs like a finely tuned machine. The wait time was minimal, the office bright and cheery.

We have just begun seeing Dr. Garrett, but are very pleased with his clear knowledge and ability to explain what is happening with my son’s mouth. We are comfortable entrusting Dr. Garrett with his orthodontic care.
