Dr Brett Smith is the best and that’s why i plan to return for more services.
His receptionist is so unprofessional and gives the wrong times then treats you like an animal if you let them know, it is clear to see they view the people they treat as subhumans/ criminals. If you value your health stay away from brett and staff and Banner, my friend works for them and says it is going down the drain and most all delivery doctors and nurses have left.
There’s something deeply disturbing about the way this place operates. Waited weeks for an appointment (set up by my Primary Care Doctor at Banner), arrived early and prepared, then forced to wait over 30 minutes past appt time…just to be told (by his assistant) that Brett “doesn't believe in the medication” I have been on for years. I took time out of work. Nothing about this situation was beneficial to my health.
