I have been fortunate enough to know Mr. Barnes most of my life. Recently, he helped guide us towards the purchase of a new build home. He’s able to enter the discussions/negotiations in a manner that is extremely impactful, and his full spectrum advocacy for his clients starts IMMEDIATELY. Sargent Barnes Is an amazing football coach and dad. His son and I play football and he is the best coach. He loves pulling me into him and patting me on the back when I make a good route or play because he formerly played D1 college football at cal poly. I would recommend him to anyone in the real estate industry. He truly inspired many kids like me.
Not all realtors are the same, and Brett is solid proof of that. Brett went above and beyond to help us find the right home. As first time homebuyers he took the time to educate us on the process and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. We definitely felt in good hands and he made sure we didn't make any bad financial decisions.
