Late for appointment, makes you sign authorization to charge your Credit Card without sending any statements. Just charge the card and you have to figure it out with your EOB....prescribed a medication that from my research is contraindicated for me, and when I brought it up would not even recommend an alternative, I was told to take ibuprofen after throwing my back out. Staff not friendly, business operates as almost a collection agency, and saw doc for about ten minutes.
Dr. Bretsky is an AWESOME doctor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. However, I was disappointed recently when I needed a short notice pre-op clearance appointment and he was out of town. His receptionist was not helpful at all!!!! He has a new PA who too inexperienced to do pre op clearance appointments and there was no doctor that was covering for him.
Dr. Bretsky is not only very knowledge, but is very compassionate, caring and approachable as well. His staff is helpful and courteous, and I'm so glad that after leaving my former doctor, I was able to find Dr. Bretsky. I feel 100% confident and comfortable in his care.
