RecommendedI hadn't been to dentist for 10 years after my husband passed and I lost my insurance. I broke a tooth. I took a chance that I could go back. I had one of first openings after covid closures. Dr. Mallory treated me with great kindness as if I had been coming all along. I have a fear if dental work, she was extra gentle. so thrilled, she was able to save my tooth. all staff were great.
I had an appointment that they emailed me to confirm about a week ago so I took time off work and took time to drive into town. I sat outside their office for about 30 min calling and texting the number on the sign outside that says call or test upon arrival. no one answered. I tried the door, it was locked. 10 min after my scheduled appointment time the dentist stopped on her way out to tell me they cancelled all of their appointments a long time ago. except they didn't. they confirmed mine and I never got a call or an emai... read more

the employee at the front desk needs to be fired. I asked for an appointment yesterday and was asked if 10:00 was ok I said yes. I came in to find out they gave my spot to someone else not only that she told me she sent me an email stating she couldn't do it at that time and instead of sending me an email that day they send it the day of my appointment and they send me and email at 9:36 and my appointment is at 10:00. worst first experience ever I live in cedar so the drive wasn't cheap and I picked this place because my kid... read more

In my opinion, they focus on money over everything. They automatically steered me into a much more expensive treatment option even when I raised cost concerns, without them once mentioning that the procedure isn’t covered at all by my insurance plan. The woman who cleaned my teeth was also so aggressive with the tools that it caused a lot of pain the entire time - something I haven’t experienced at any other dentist.
