Dr. Pickering is a fantastic Doctor to my two sons, one with Down syndrome. He's very friendly and personable. We have had to wait, but good patience is practiced, and great care and Dr's valuable time is received in return. He has my children's best interest, and been resource for my family. Plus since he's part of Rady Childrens network makes record exchanges easy for specialist to get access my children health as a whole.
Waited for two hours to see Dr Pickering. There was a sign on the wall stating if you have waited for longer than two hours to contact the front desk. Anyone who has a toddler will understand that keeping a sick child calm for two hours is nearly impossible. Unexceptable.
