The man
Great dentists, assistants, & staff .
My grandson (3yrsold) had an appointment and the woman at the front door checking in patients was so rude as she was telling me that I could not come in for the appointment. That in itself is understandable, the rude attitude is not.
Against my better judgement, I made an appointment. I was told it was ran factory-like and impersonal. However, my regular dentist recommended them because of the work my son needed. I took a day off work, drove a half hour only to be informed that they don’t do pediatric care on Ridge ave in Thursday’s. The blame was just shifted, no one could answer as to why the person that made the appointment didn’t know this info. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional.
