Don’t rent from these people. ROSE Hagan-Gail is a snake. She lost our OurFlorida check during COVID for $1000. Then wanted us to not only pay what she lost, but to pay the late fees cause they sent her the check late. Then when I reached out to her boss, he did not seem bothered. Very bad for business. If I could give a 0 I would. Very unprofessional company. They do not manage Oak Village Apartments well at all. Not only does the dumpster get piled high including around it but they also do not maintain the apartments. I was charged for breaking my lease even though I had legal grounds to. That apartment complex is not safe at all and my apartment was almost broken into at 2am. Once I bought my house I turned over the keys and 2 months later I get a notice saying I owe over $3k.
