Like many buildings in the area, this is an older one (probably 1960's) but very well maintained and managed. Units that come on the rental market are updated with granite counters and other nice features. The manager stays on top of repairs and seems to have an attention to details when it comes to maintenance. Mostly adults with no children, great location, safe, and near Wilshire where there's a Ralph's within a short walk.
the building is o.k but the manager is the meanest lady on the planet. She is abusive and will go out of her way to make your life miserable once you have signed a lease.... BEWARE
