Building is old with a tiny elevator that breaks down regularly, sometimes with people in it (at 6 am on the way to work). The carpet in the halls looks old, dirty and shabby. Due to a technological glitch in the rent payment system, I was charged a $150 late fee even though I have never payed my rent late in 2 years. This was not reimbursed.
