This is a really fabulous place to live. The beauty and character of the buildings is unparalleled! The management is fantastic and the location cannot be beat.
I lived here for a little under 2 years. I loved it. Jerry was a great landlord, and the apartments were well kept up with. Jerry really takes care of the place. It felt like a home. It's quiet and peaceful and in a great location. The community garden was really cool too. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to live in the area. We recently bought a house and moved out, but I'll always look back fondly on the Brentwood.
Genuine historic buildings, with modern amenities, inside and out. Quite neighbors. Peaceful neighborhood close to nightlife and quality restaurants. And secure parking!
I wish I could give this place 10 stars ratting!!!! I lived there for 2 years. I was so close to work, wonderful night scene, restaurants, theaters and bars. I used to wake up on Sunday mornings and go for a run to the Devon tower and catch an awesome brunch on my way back. Location is nothing short of wonderful and living here was perfect! I still miss it... this place is pure historic magic.
