RecommendedHistoric Brentwood Terrace Apts are a wonderful community living space. It's secure and I loved the original hardwood floors, built in cabinets and amazing fireplace. I lived there for 10 years. And such wonderful management, Thank you Jerry!
I lived at Brentwood Terrace Apartments for two years and of all the apartments I've lived in - this was by far the best experience. The apartments are beautiful, I always felt safe with the front gates and gated parking. Jerry was THE best landlord! He was so responsive and quick to fix any problem I may have encountered. I always recommend this place to friends!
I loved living here! The apartments and grounds are beautiful and the management is wonderful!
I lived at Brentwood Terrace for 5 years and loved every minute of it. Jerry was so pleasant to rent from. He cared about the property, the residents, and the community overall. I can't think of one thing I didn't like about living at Brentwood. My apartment was plenty big enough for me and my daughter and I loved the historic aspects of it all. If ever in my life I need to move back to OKC and rent again, I would choose to live here without hesitating.
I rented an apartment at the Historic Brentwood Terrace Apartments for 2+ years! I loved the apartment, Community and location. I am an early morning runner and felt totally safe and that is running at 4:30 am. I highly recommend renting there!
