When I lived in Dallas years ago, I had the pleasure of stumbling over Brentwood. I don't recall exactly how I found them - might have been simply driving around - but I'm so glad I did. Each trip I've made to Dallas since, I've tried to make a point of getting by. This past Labor Day weekend (2026) I brought a guest - my brother, who was doing the holiday vacation thing along with me. Exceptional food, amazing service, the tuna pate and smoked salmon were 10/10. Good portion size, great flavor, nice atmosphere!
