I set up an appraisal with this firm over the phone, only to have them back out last minute. They say they do FIVE counties centered around LA on their website, but then told me that Compton is "outside" their area. False advertising, bad service. Whoever answers the phone is incompetent, doesn't know what areas the firm covers and will refuse to transfer you to speak to an actual appraiser (who may or may not know what areas they cover).
Easy to work with. Good real estate appraisal company. Quick and reliable.
