If I could give zero stars, I would. I stayed at Brentwood Forest for a year & honestly didn’t like it. If I had a choice to do it all over again I would’ve chosen somewhere else to live. First, it never felt like home, & the floor plan, unit, & area wasn’t functional. I stayed in the 2 BR townhome. You can tell cheap labor was hired to do any of the work in the house, & the appliances were cheap as well. For example, most of the paint jobs in the unit were coverups that were done very poorly. Stayed for one year & couldnt have ben paid to resign. The woman in the office is really what made the experience really bad, new lady started the month i moved & she seems really nice so now might be a good time to move there. Served its purpose for the year i stayed. All ima say is you get what u pay for.

Usually people write reviews when something bad happens or they're not happy and im guilty of that but that changed for me today. My apartment search has been STRESSFUL. I'm in the process of buying a home and been searching for an apartment for a year. Today i had the opportunity to meet Samantha the manager at Brentwood and she is the most AMAZING person i have ever met.
