Very disappointed. I ordered a dozen roses for Valentine’s Day days ahead of time. The lady I spoke to gave me the price and everything. Come Valentines Day to pick up my order and they have 1 single rose wrapped as my order. Had nothing to offer in return and didn’t even give any initiative to try and accommodate there mistake. Just looked at me like I had 5 heads
I live in New Jersey and contacted Brentwood Florist to send an arrangement to my former 4th grade teacher who now lives in St. Joseph's Convent on Brentwood Road. I had a very pleasant conversation with the young lady who took the order. Sister called me to let me know she received the beautiful arrangement and put it on display for the other sisters to see. Siempre compro en este lugar siempre me han tratado bien por muchos años, Pero esta mañana una señora Blanca, no me le quiso poner aire a dos globos que eran especial para mi niña de 5 años. Entiendo que no los compre alli, pero le dije que iva a pagar. Me dijo que no hacian eso con un mal caracter.
