The staff here feels like family. What a great experience.
My teeth cleaning with Sylvia was great. Dealing with the office staff today and only today was poor. I had an 8 AM appointment made 6 months ago. I received your confirmation post card for 8 AM. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told my appointment was for 9 AM. Returning home I waited and returned 10 minutes prior to the 9 AM appointment. The hygienist did a good job and was pleasant.
I LOVE Dr. Krey's office and staff! My family has been patients for over 15 years and we will never go anyplace else. They are all very compassionate and understanding and go out of their way to make your experience pleasant.
OK, I am a little biased because I have been going to Liberty Dental for many years. Since this review is supposed to address my most recent appointment, I will start by saying that the hygienist greeted me on time – well really a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. She is one of the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. She has never pinched, poked or otherwise hurt me during the course of the cleanings. She always explains what she is doing and why. Liberty Dental is the greatest! Everyone is so friendly and it is a pleasure going to the dentist now (believe me, if you know me you would not believe those words just came out of my mouth). After a bad experience years ago with a dentist I have been a little on edge and Dr Green was so gentle. I can't wait to go back.

Liberty Dental is a great shop. From the moment you walk in the staff is welcoming. They do a great job of getting you in and out without feeling rushed. Doctors are very knowledgeable and personable.
