Excellent agency until you have to file a claim. Once you do, you are on your own. I was told that their only job is to refund me my deductible and to issue me a check for my car. I was told that it was even my job to call and get the police report for them and to contact the other insurance agency to be refunded for my car rental, my lost work, my ambulance fee, and my medical bill. Been with Tom for 22years, first time I have needed help with what to do after someone hit my wife and they refused to even give advice on what to do with the guys insurance. Just said we are not liable good luck. Very poor customer service from this agent. Had to get ahold of someone at state farm and they were able to give us some direction. I have no problems with state farm but would highly recommend avoiding Tom Cilio at all costs.

The people with Jimmy Reid and State Farm Insurance are as good as it gets. Karen Fenedick helped our family through the myriad of legal and logistical steps required following a catastrophic head on collision. While our car may have been destroyed, Jimmy Reid|State Farm and his office made real what they mean by "State Farm is there...".

If you are looking for a good insurance agent that all they care about is their money and about their customers, then Leanne is the person for you. I have been with Leanne for five years never had any issues with payments and all of a sudden one payment didn't go through for some reason and she couldn't send a phone call saying hey we have a problem, so I was driving a vehicle that had no issuance for three months. how we found out is when my wife got in an accident and the car wasn't insured. we called to find out what was ... read more

Had insurance with them for over 25 years....probably paid $75,000 in premiums....never had a claim. Had installed some patios in 2006.....and in 2022 had the nerve to tell me that we needed to have railing installed and was a real jerk in the process. My advice: go find a company with integrity who has an agent with integrity and loyalty. He was given the Corporate objective to eliminate policy's.......and did so to loyal Customers,. FIND AN AGENT WHO CARES NOT THIS GUY!
