I called the Brent Ward office to reinstate my car in the policy and adding my son as a new driver. Dianna answered the phone and she helped me out to fix driver data on the system and finished my request just over the phone. She was very helpful to get me the best rate. it was my pleasure talking to her and I enjoyed her sense of humer.

I've been with State Farm for a couple of years now, always get great help. They have been able to get me a very good condo-auto-umbrella package. Dianna just helped me research getting an earthquake insurance rider on my policy. Turns out it's not quite as good as the stand-alone EQ policy I already have, but Dianna was very helpful and eager to get me the info!

Every time I get Diana on the phone I always get great service. If I call and I am in a rush, she responds accordingly and it is down to business, which I greatly appreciate. If I am in less of a rush she again responds accordingly and we discuss other questions I have.

I've been with State Farm Brent Ward 10 years they have the best rates I occasionally compare to several other insurance companies and Brent Ward always came out on top no reason to change now. Dianna Lagervall is great to work with always returns my calls good follow up I was recently in my 1st Auto Accident and Dianna was there to walk me thru the process so thankful for that!

I have been a Brent Ward customer for 25 years. I have talked with all there agents at one time or another, Never had any problems at all. Always handled my insurance needs. Lately I have been working with Dianna. She is the most helpful, courteous Agent. She is at the Top of my List of agents

Since she does such a great job, she is super busy, but she always finds the time to call me back or return an email. When I had to review and change my insurance with Dianna Lagervall, I was having some technological issues which kept me from being able to send her information. She was very patient with me over the phone as we looked for workarounds. I finally had to just read her this long document over the phone. She then took the time to explain to me what all the issues meant and answer my questions. I really appreciated the time, patience, and good explanations that she was willing to give me.
