I needed new auto insurance and I spoke with Teresa Roberts. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She guided me seamlessly through the process in no time at all. It was a pleasure doing business with State Farm.

Dax assisted me with car, condo and life insurance. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the insurance that was affordable and what would work for me.
The worst. I can't imagine anyone more unreliable and undependable.
We have been with JEFF WIEDEN INSURANCE for 40+ years. Obviously, we appreciate the level of service and professionalism because we continue to be insured with State Farm for all of these years. Presently, we hold five policies with Jeff Wieden. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are properly insured and give you the same level of service should you have a need to file a claim.
I read K.C.'s review and can't agree more. She said; "I do not recommend this office. The staff is not forthcoming with information or details about the policies or pricing. When I had an issue with a refund, I was told it was not their problem, "you can review the information that was mailed to you. That's all I can do for you.' Customer Service is clearly a thing of the past.
