Dr. Prosser is a nice doctor who is proficient at what he does. He greeted me professionally the day of my procedure at the Grand Junction Endoscopy Center and put me at ease by describing what the process was going to be. I traveled from the Vail area because he and the Center offer professional services at a lower cost than of Vail and Glenwood Springs charge. Can not say enough about how great Dr Prosser and his staff are. Feel very safe and cared for by him.
He was very attentive and quick to respond.
I have been to see Dr. Prosser two times and was completely satisfied both times. Great doctor and staff.
ARROGANT. NO COMPASSION.
If you are looking for a specialist in this field, save yourself money, pain and frustration by choosing another provider outside of this practice! It took 4 weeks to schedule the appointment due to the incompetence exhibited by the office staff. Those women are surly, unreasonable and fail to follow up on any issue having to do with patient care. To add insult to injury, Dr. Prosser was late for the scheduled procedure, failed to order medication he promised and did not follow up.
I have always had great treatment very caring and compassionate.
