Dr. Prosser and his staff were great during my appointment. They were caring and efficient. ! That said, making an appointment or getting in touch with the office for questions before a procedure is next to impossible. It took me from May to August to get an appointment, and I had to go to the office in person to make the appointment. Any time I call I'm either hung up on, told they can't take my call, or ask me to leave a message and they will get back to me.
