They explained everything very well.
This was my second procedure with Dr. Prosser. Each appointment, he made sure I had an understanding of the procedure prior to it. Afterward, Dr. Prosser explained his findings and any action taken as a result of a finding. Additionally, a member of the care team provided a printout of images with explanations of different phases of the procedure. All care staff made themselves available to help me and moved the process along as efficiently as possible.
Very efficient staff from each and every nurse to Dr. Prosser. Everyone on staff was very kind and caring and explained everything very thoroughly about my procedure. Right after my procedure Dr Prosser came in and explained everything that he found and came up with a plan for my future . Highly recommend them I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Everyone from check-in to prep and through the whole procedure were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Their positive and cheerful approach to their work help ease the patient’s stress level.
