Dr. Prosser and all of the team members showed concern for my comfort and understanding, and listened to my questions. Dr. Prosser explained various ways to manage my diagnosis. Everyone was friendly upbeat and very professional.
Everyone there was welcoming,from the reception ,the nursing staff and the Dr. I felt well cared for. I would and did recommend them to my friends.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Presser for many years now and as alway was very assuring, thorough, friendly.
Dr. Prosser, the anesthetist Nate, and all the nurses were professional, efficient and personable. The entire process, from scheduling appointment to the procedure, was excellent.
Nothing stood out. I expected professionalism and received it while there.
Dr Prosser and his team are highly respected by his peers and coworkers. I could not have been in better hands for my procedure
It’s ironic that one of the scariest things you can do is that one of the happiest places the doctor and the staff were amazing and answered every questions taking away every fear! It ended up being a good experience
Staff was very nice and explained everything so you could understand what was going to happen. They checked on you to make sure you were comfortable.
this was at least the 4th procedure with dr. prosser and this facility. i have always felt at ease when under their care. i can't imagine anyone doing any better than these people.
