The Doctor explained to me what the procedure was going to be and the attendants were very helpful
The staff from nurses to Drs are professional, personable, caring and kind. The setting is private, sanitary and inviting. This was my 2nd experience with Dr Prosser and Grand Junction Gastroenterology. Both experiences were excellent.
The staff for the check-in and preparation were extremely professional and engaging. They made everything easy to understand as well as the anesthesiologist and Dr Prosser! The anesthesiologist explained everything in easily understood terms in the operating room prior to injecting the the anesthesia! Post Procedure followed with the same professionalism and easily understood terms of the results of the procedure by Dr Prosser! Thank you!

I arrived at 9:40 for a 10:30 appointment. I was still sitting in the waiting area at 10:50. The procedure started at 11:12. Other patients arrived and were taken in within a few minutes of arrival. Seems like a lot of time to sit in the waiting area.
Dr. Prosser explains everything quite well. He took the time to set up my future appointments to minimize visits. He has done 4 procedures which went flawlessly.
