Employing his experience and considerable knowledge of residential real estate valuation, Brent was able quickly to convince the bank and its appraiser to reevaluate my property using additional appraisal data he supplied. As a result, the appraisal valuation was substantially increased to reflect the actual market value of my property and the sales contract was able to proceed.
