Brent did an appraisal on the property that seemed high in comparison to what I had heard from other sources and listed it accordingly. Glad that I went with him because he understood the market and got way more than I expected. I wanted to avoid being handed off to an assistant and he said that he would be available for anything I needed and was throughout the transaction. The negotiation that he totally handled worked out and I was pleased with the outcome. Great guy. Solid professional.
