If you pay for roadside assistance, beware! My car was towed after a representative told me I would have a Lyft provided if the tow company wouldn’t take me to the repair shop. The tow company would not take me and they couldn’t connect me with a Lyft. I had to pay 50 dollars out of pocket for an Uber and they are refusing to reimburse me! Lauren has been rude and condescending. They have no problem taking our money, but heaven forbid they actually help when we need it!
This agency, particularly Dawn, is very good to work with. They go out of their way to provide what they need.
