I don't know what is wrong with this place but there service department sucks! Its been nothing but a runaround joke! There is a recall on my 2017 tacoma and I have tried to get it done for like 3 months and they supposedly ordered parts but waiting for parts is the excuse. The communication with the service department is terrible or if not any communication. I hope its not the entire place that is like this, if so I wouldn't recommend going for even an oil change. It may take 3 days just to do that.

my salesman, Steven Smith was amazing and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend everyone buy a car from him. The desk manager, Kelly Christensen was very helpful and Andy Butcher, in finance answered all my questions.
Even though there weren't new cars on the lot, they were able to locate a vehicle we wanted on an incoming shipment.
This by far the best place I’ve gone to have my car taken care of. The car service and customer service here is fantastic! The employees here definitely care and make you feel satisfied. Drew was super nice and helped me out a ton! I definitely recommend Brent Brown Toyota.
This dealership is nothing short of amazing. Easiest buying experience I’ve ever had! My salesman Dallas is top notch. Got me everything I wanted. Highly recommend! In fact I’m sending both my sons there who are also in the market for a Toyota. Definitely a five star rating!
Don't plan on having buyer's remorse if you buy a car from Brent Brown. They will threaten to sue you if you try to return the car and don't care if they loose money on the transaction. Once they sell a car it is sold because they pay their salesmen $500 commission per car. I also didn't have a good experience with their repair department. The mechanic totally lied to sell the car and then after the sale revealed there was extensive work that had to be done.
