This is not a review of Dr. Felix, as I have never met him. It is a review of his office staff and their processes I was referred to Dr. Felix by my pain specialist to be evaluated for spinal surgery. As is typical with most referrals, Dr. Felix's office then reached out to me to schedule an initial appointment. I’ve called so many times and have done everything they have asked of me. I had a MRI, saw Cluff first they when Dr Felix when he came off leave. I went over my condition and he suggested the shot under X-ray. I was all for it, I’m tired of being in pain. He did prescribe meds but they made me nauseous. I called and asked numerous times to get scheduled. I have never felt so on my own with this issue (bulging discs). I have suffered from sciatica for years. Dr. Felix and his team are amazing every time I go in I feel like a queen day. They really are concerned with my needs. Very professional and very friendly. Thank you team for your great work.
Do not Go to this place. I had sergury in March and i am worse now after sergury than before sergury and no one at this damn place seems to care. The office staff is so damn incompetent. i have never in my life had a worse experience with an office staff. there is always an excuse, 1. sorry our power was out again. how many damn times can this excuse be used. 2. literally took them over 6 weeks to finally send my new MRI request after numerous calls to them. 3 Over the 6 months i have been dealing with this group i have had ... read more
Extremely frustrated with my experience at this office. First of all, I’ve been in pain since March. I’ve done all the legwork getting my MRIs getting everything figured out and I have my appointment today at 8 AM. I live 40 minutes away. I got in the car fought traffic was five minutes before my appointment and I got a phone call saying they had to cancel my appointment because the PA had kidney stones and was in the hospital all night.
