Dr. Felix and his team are amazing every time I go in I feel like a queen day. They really are concerned with my needs. Very professional and very friendly. Thank you team for your great work.
Do not Go to this place. I had sergury in March and i am worse now after sergury than before sergury and no one at this damn place seems to care. The office staff is so damn incompetent. i have never in my life had a worse experience with an office staff. there is always an excuse, 1. sorry our power was out again. how many damn times can this excuse be used. 2. literally took them over 6 weeks to finally send my new MRI request after numerous calls to them. 3 Over the 6 months i have been dealing with this group i have had ... read more
Extremely frustrated with my experience at this office. First of all, I’ve been in pain since March. I’ve done all the legwork getting my MRIs getting everything figured out and I have my appointment today at 8 AM. I live 40 minutes away. I got in the car fought traffic was five minutes before my appointment and I got a phone call saying they had to cancel my appointment because the PA had kidney stones and was in the hospital all night. Dr Felix, his PA Mark along with Dr Felix's nurse Jenee is absolutely amazing. The front office people are so wonderful and so kind as well. We can't express enough how impressed we all are by their professionalism, kindness and support that every single one of them provided to me and my family.
Back surgery is always a little scary, but I am so happy with Dr Felix he is kind, he listen’s to all your concerns he’s great. Dr Felix PA Mark Water’s he is great,he takes his time and talks to you and also if theirs any concerns you feel like you need addressed he is happy to do so and explain everything.. Their whole staff their the nurses, the receptionist everyone is just great. I highly recommend seeing Dr Felix and Dr Mark Water’s..
