Best brunch I've ever had! The dark roast French press coffee was the perfect start to our day, and the Eggs Cardinal was the most delicious breakfast! The staff was wonderful as well. Just great all around!
The three course breakfast is one of the best dining experiences you will ever have.
Actually I most probably ordered the wrong thing for breakfast. I got the French toast . I should have had a steak knife to cut it. Very hard to actually cut and chew since it was so very tough.
My husband and I ate brunch here as our final meal in New Orleans. We were not disappointed! We shared an appetizer of roasted oysters and then each had the Eggs Hussard entree with soft shell crab. ABSOLUTELY amazing! Beautifully presented and delicious! Our waiter was Gordon, very attentive but not intrusive, he made appropriate suggestions on the menu choices and we are so glad we listened! I would heartily recommend Brennan's as a fine example of New Orleans cuisine and southern charm and elegance.
One of the best breakfasts ever! RABBIT RUSHING - fried Mississippi rabbit, creamed collards, eggs over easy, pickled pork jus. Let Thomas know how much we loved it!

This place is the best, we arrived at 9:00 am, no reservations and was seated right away. We started with coffee fresh pressed, water and fresh bread. We had Shrimp cappachio for starters then shrimp omelette w/grits and bacon. We enjoyed a glass of champagne free it was our Anniversary. We enjoyed two glasses of the pear purée/ w sparkling wine. We topped if off with apple fitzgerald crepes. Wow what a dining experience!!
In a city of fantastic food, Brennan's stands out. Excellent food and outstanding service.
