Eric was the amazing... Do not miss a chance to eat here even it it's just drinks and banana foster table side. Best bday dessert in a long time.
The service is excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The most elegant and relaxed breakfast experience, anywhere.

Spotty service, had to send one dish back (lamb ordered medium, came back rare), and wasn't fully corrected the second time. One side dish never arrived to the table but made it to the bill. At least they comped us desserts.
I don't understand what all the hub-bub is about. This place is beautiful but that is about the only positive thing I could say. Presentation was ok but BORING. Food-meh. Service-meh. For the money you pay here I would expect exceptional all the way around and this was not it. Limited menu for dinner. Where are any of the Louisiana staples like shrimp, etouffe, gumbo? Don't waste your money. There are just too many other restaurants that you'd be better off

My husband and 2 small children visited New Orleans recently. I researched heavily places to eat prior to our arrival. I came across Brennan's Restaurant and read they created Banana Foster's. I LOVE Banana Foster's. I also read that the restaurant is upscale and not somewhere I would ever bring my children to. Hoping my husband could pull off some take out he asked.
