These Guy are totally unreliable, they lie about what they were asking for. They wanted more money and the job was not even half done. They wanted full amount when the job was not complete. They were suppose to cut down my tree and Grind out stump, which they never completed. They said they would be back the next morning but never showed up. ***** EXCEPTIONAL ***** My Dad is 83 years old, and a few of our trees broke during a bad storm/hurricane here in Philly. We contacted Brennan Tree Service and got a call back the SAME DAY, and the owner came to look at Dad's yard the same day. The NEXT DAY they took everything damaged out of the yard, trimmed all trees, removed ALL DEBRIS - not a leaf remained on the ground - and did a PERFECT job! I don't know who these people are who are recommending Brennan Tree Service. They must've got reall lucky. Cause I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend them. Or trust them to get the job done as you ask. And you can never reach them on the phone. And if you complain, you nnever hear again from them. 1 out of 5 for this company.

Terrible organization! You cannot trust these people. They do not do what they say they're going to do, they don't return phonecalls, they take advantage of the elderly by taking their money and never completing the job, leaving elderly people helpless to act. I don't know who you are who had good service, but believe me, you were very lucky. Service to the elderly is a sure sign of professionalism. These people have none. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE – This company responded to my first call on the same day I made the call. Mr Brennan came to give my estimate in a timely fashion and the tree service team arrived on the day that was promised. They also did an excellent job of pruning and trimming my Dogwood and Japanese Maple trees. They were mannerly and neat and took all debris with them. Will certainly do business with them again.

Extremely Unprofessional-DON'T USE!! – We called this company and made an appointment to have them come and look at a tree in our backyard. They never bothered to show up for the appointment, and never called to give us a reason why. Numerous calls to the number listed have elicited no response from this vendor. Bottom line-don't bother with this company, they're not worth it.

Hack Job – Most 6th grade horticulture students know the difference between trimming,or culling excess branches and the butchered hachet job these stooges did on 2nd street.Mexican glue sniffers would have known better. I sincerely hope the city is not paying these morons. It will take years of growth to repair the damage.It took 10 years for those trees to become what they were before...

Don't Do Business With Them – Don't use these people. They came and did work for us and forced my husband to pay them an additional $100.00. When I found out about it, they promised to give us firewood for the money but they never came through. I called a few times and they said that they would be drop off the wood soon. I wrote them a letter but it was returned as Shelmire Street is NOT their address. I faxed them but they never responded.
