Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Would you recommend this orthodontist to others? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Both my children as well as myself used Brennan Orthodontics. We were very pleased with the care we recieved as well as the payment plan. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I'd definitely refer to a friend.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Would you recommend this orthodontist to others?
