When they were Brennan they were great. I had 2 cars repaired there. Last week I called to make an appointment and I had a couple of questions. The lady that answered the phone was condescending and ill tempered, so much so that I stopped the conversation and found another body shop. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she is just rude, but ultimately it is not the same customer service experience.

20231129: Unfortunately Brennan's is no longer and this place has now earned a 1 star rating from me. They claim to be a Tesla "Approved Collision Center" and yet couldn't fix my Model 3 door after having the vehicle for a week. Then, the day before pickup, I requested to have 75+ miles of range on the car (enough for me to get home).
