Excellent staff. Great service. Been going to her practice for over three decades and never considered going anywhere else!
Dr Stotts has been my dentist since 2001. Always a pleasant and painless experience. Wait time has always been minimal and the staff very warm and friendly. Recently I had an crown made and fitted while I waited as compared to older 2-3 week wait. She also has laser for no pain "drilling."
I am a previous patient of Dr. Brenna Hamrick-Stotts. When I first became a patient I was happy with the office, staff, and the Dr. Herself. I went in to have a crown put on and in the process she put a hole in a gold crown I already had that was directly above the one she was working on. Later when I came back to show her what had happened she blamed me and refused to replace the crown she ruined. Told me to go to dental school if I couldn't afford new crown. I was very offended.
