Olympic lifting is my favorite part of crossfit. Anything with a barbell is fun. It's a sport that you never knew you liked that can get you into great shape!
Today was a large but fun class! Coach did great keeping the class on time and explaining the workout and movements! The community here is like no other.
BCF is great! The coaches are always attentive to new and experienced athletes alike. Great spot to challenge yourself physically and mentally!
Shelby is a great coach! She's very helpful and encouraging!
Great gym! The Coaching staff explain the workouts clearly and involve themselves during your workout keeping you motivated! The staff will give advice if you have any questions and to help keep you on track. Awesome group!
