Was really upset with them,told me that they would call me back and never did,and it's not the first time
Both of the service people I dealt with were very friendly, good listeners and trying to be very helpful. I came in late on a Friday so, as expected at a busy dealership, they weren't able to get to me asap. But to my surprise Monday morning at 9 a.m. I got a text with an expected fix and associated costs. This is quite impressive, considering that I called around a lot of local shops and nobody would answer and the ones who did said they basically don't want my business because they have a 2 week backlog already.
