I recently had to bring my older 2006 pickup to Brenham CJD to have a long-overdue airbag update completed. I stopped by and talked to David Gates the service director and told him I had put this off for far too long and could his staff please get this update done. Avoid this place at all costs. From now on, I Will drive an extra hour to go to any other Ram dealership before I ever return here. I brought my 2024 truck in for warranty work, and it took them over a month to complete the repairs. During that time, communication was terrible. It took an average of three days just to get a response to my attempts to contact them. When I finally got my truck back, the batteries were dead, wires were loose and hanging under my dashboard above the pedals.They did replaced one battery but simpl... read more

I had a GREAT experience at Brenham Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Francisco Torres turned a bad experience at another dealership into a truly meant-to-be experience at Brenham CJD! I live in Austin and originally drove 3 hours with my roommate all the way out to Tomball TX for an appointment to buy a Mercedes SUV. Well, that dealership added over $4,000 in fees that they didn't bother to inform me of until I arrived to buy my car!
