Both of the service people I dealt with were very friendly, good listeners and trying to be very helpful. I came in late on a Friday so, as expected at a busy dealership, they weren't able to get to me asap. But to my surprise Monday morning at 9 a.m. I got a text with an expected fix and associated costs. This body shop did a great job with repairing my car after hitting a deer it looks great it was in the shop for a little over a month due to insurance giving them a hard time about a few things so it made the process take longer wasn’t their fault but Keith and the body shop manager worked very hard communicating back and fourth with them and me to get things figured out I would highly recommend using their services they’re willing to work with you thank you guys so much
