It was an absolute pleasure an wonderful experience doing business with Brenham Carpet & Tile. We recently hired them to renovate our master bathroom complete tile shower, shower bench, stone on the flooring and full glass doors. We were so pleased with the outcome, we had them come back and finish our second bath (full tile in shower and flooring, quartz finishes in shower, decorative tile accents in shower), carpeting on basement stairs, and our flooring throughout the entire main level. AS HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR MATERIAL YOU NEVER RECIEVE AND HE WILL PASS IT ON TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER CHARGING THEM FOR MATERIAL THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR !! HE WILL ALSO CHARGE EACH CUSTOMER SHIPPING WHEN HE HAS IT IN STOCK IN HIS WAREHOUSE !!! Brenham carpet and tile and its owner have been a nightmare to deal with in regards to installing a stair runner and doing such a poor and unprofessional job that it resulted in ruining the entire staircase. Tired to reach out to the owner for months, only to hear from the manager that the he’s about to quit and was tired of Lying to customers about the owner hiring outside contractors who don’t do quality work or have experience.
