During my clients closing, the notary Carol seemed to be very impatient while my client was signing the documents. Buyers don't buy properties every day it's a special day for them. They need to feel special, not rushed! Also, received false statements twice for this file. This is unacceptable. They had the wrong address on all of their files as well. Buying & selling a property is a serious thing, you are not buying or selling a piece of furniture. This things need to be taken more serious. Hope this will help them improve ... read more
