We have always been given the best deal at Brenengen. Barry has always been courteous to our family. My father in law drove all the way back from Texas to buy his next van from Barry. We service our vehicles there and we drive 45 minutes to have them do it because they do a wonderful job. I grew up in my dad and uncle's automobile shop and I know what excellent service is all about because that was the hallmark of my family's business. poor customer service. They don't fix the problems with your vehicle, and keep you coming back...and still charge you!
I wound never buy a car here. The sales person (Barry) was rude from the beginning. I believe the dealers here are bias and lack customer service skills. The vehicle are over priced and they don’t share Kia discount information. Before going I heard they were price gougers and people were right. I ended up driving 3hrs to Illinois to buy my car and getting a Wisconsin regional discount the Brenengen did not offer. They also lie about extra car buying fees to make extra money. Don’t ever go here!!!!!

I have purchased three vehicles from the Brenengen Group. I had a Sportage and was not as happy with the hours to get service then they expanded their hours to help their customers. I now have a Sorento and have been extremely pleased with it. They treat you well and the service is always first rate. My daughter is think about getting a KIA up the road because of my experience.
Horrible customer service. I am having issues with the turn in of my lease. Tried multiple times to contact sales manager and no reply. From start yo end owning a Kia has been a nightmare. Car was in shop due to the turbo engine going. Now because I didn’t purchase or buy another Kia I am being hit with bogus charges.
