Current resident. Peter and everyone in rental office are awesome. They are quick to respond and help. Michael and maintenance crew come quickly to address issues. Very polite and professional.
So far so good I just moved in three days ago. Was having some problems with the HVAC. I had three technicians show up this morning on three different occasions to make sure it was sorted. The air is still not blowing as cold as I would like to, but hopefully they’re gonna swing by and put some Freon in it. so far so good. Hopefully, not looking to edit this review in the future because the apartment if perfect.
I would give 0 stars for this so-called family and pet friendly apartment center, but unfortunately they at least have to get one. I lived here with my boyfriend before we finally got to escape from this hellhole and since day one it was always some type of bullcrap we had to deal with. Whether it was the maintenance guys trying to come in (good thing we had a door bar so they couldn’t) even though we explicitly told them they couldn’t unless we were home. Avoid Brendon Park Apartments at All Costs! I can’t stress enough how much I regret moving into Brendon Park Apartments in Knoxville. If you’re considering this place, take my advice and look elsewhere. Here’s why: 1. Maintenance is Nonexistent: It doesn’t matter if you submit a maintenance request once or ten times. Broken air conditioning, plumbing issues, leaky ceilings — you name it, I experienced it here. Waiting days or even weeks for basic repairs is the norm. 2.
