Emergency Maintenance is TOP NOTCH! I had a toilet issue at almost midnight in the middle of the week and Nick came out and fixed it immediately and efficiently. God Bless him and all his help! I was really in a rough spot and he came in and was super professional and just treated it like it was the middle of the day despite it being midnight. He was so super helpful and truly just amazing.
After being a long time resident of over 10years I can’t tell you for the amount of money you are to spend for an apartment these days. Take your money elsewhere. The only redeeming quality of this apartment complex is that their maintenance team is prompt. The laundry is absolutely disgusting, the gym equipment is mostly broken and has never been cleaned. Living at Brendon Park Apartments in Knoxville has been a really positive experience for me. When I first started looking at apartments, I saw reviews mentioning things like management, maintenance, pests, mold, smells, and the community gates. When I moved in, Emma at the front desk (who is delightful, by the way) mentioned that a new management company took over about four years ago, which makes sense because from my experience living here those concerns haven’t been an issue at all.
